CONFIRMATION and CANCELLATION
Our CONFIRMATION/PAYMENT procedure is one of the following options: -
OPTION 1
A deposit payment on the whole stay cost to secure the booking – the balance is then payable on or before arrival. The deposit is payable (within 24 hours of booking to confirm). N.B. Any additional charges associated with this deposit e.g. Forex bank charges, changes in exchange rates etc will be for the account of the guest.
OR
OPTION 2
Credit card details supplied within 24 hours of booking to confirm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The minimum deposit on booking is credited against the whole cost of the stay - once confirmed, cancellations in part or whole before 7 days will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the total accommodation cost. Cancellations in part or whole after 7 days will forfeit the whole deposit.
N.B. No refund is applicable for cancellation once the stay has commenced.
